A boldly flavored and versatile sauce. Almonds, garlic and tomatoes are blended here with oil, paprika and cayenne for this taste treat.


1 lb. canned plum tomatoes
6 oz. sliced almonds
1 oz. roasted garlic cloves
5 tbsp. almond oil
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. salt


1. In blender, purée tomatoes, almonds, garlic, and 1 tbsp. oil.

2. Add paprika, cayenne, salt, and remaining oil; blend until smooth.
