Bistro Horseradish Steak Salad

Juicy steak, grilled veggies and a creamy horseradish dressing makes this salad a real knockout.


2 lb. 4 oz. chopped romaine lettuce
6 4 oz. portions sliced flank steak
18 1 oz. portions grilled julienne onions
18 1 oz. portions grilled julienne zucchini
12 1 oz. portions grilled julienne Portobello
12 oz. julienne roasted red peppers
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
12 1 slice portions grilled garlic crostini
12 2 oz. portions horseradish dressing


  1. Place 3 ounces romaine lettuce in “to go” container.
  2. Place 2 ounces flank steak in center of lettuce.
  3. Place around flank steak: 1 1/2 ounces onions, 1 1/2 ounces zucchini, 1 ounce Portobello and 1 ounce roasted red peppers.
  4. Garnish 1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley.
  5. Serve with 1 piece grilled garlic crostini and 2 ounce soufflé cup of horseradish dressing.
