Gluten-free fried chicken
Gluten-free diners can still enjoy fried chicken with this recipe, which swaps out traditional breadcrumbs for dehydrated potato flakes.
6 oz. fire braised chicken
½ cup of corn starch
1 cup of buttermilk
1 cup of potato flakes
- Cover chicken in corn starch, then dip in buttermilk. Remove as much excess liquid as possible.
- Dip and roll heavily in potato flakes.
- Fry until golden brown.
