Gluten-free diners can still enjoy fried chicken with this recipe, which swaps out traditional breadcrumbs for dehydrated potato flakes. 


6 oz. fire braised chicken

½ cup of corn starch 

1 cup of buttermilk 

1 cup of potato flakes



  1. Cover chicken in corn starch, then dip in buttermilk. Remove as much excess liquid as possible. 


  1. Dip and roll heavily in potato flakes. 


  1. Fry until golden brown.
