This lightened-up version of the classic Waldorf Salad uses tangy greek yogurt instead of heavy mayonnaise.
1 cup diced green apple
1 cup diced red apple
1/2 cup diced celery
2 tbsp. raisins
6 oz. fat free, plain Greek yogurt
- Dice apples and celery. Add to medium size bowl.
- Add raisins, Greek yogurt, mix together.
- Serve chilled.
