8 slices Rustic Italian bread
4 oz Hellmann's Real Creamy Pesto Sauce
8 slices tomato, heirloom
6 oz Cheese, goat, locally sourced
2 oz Arugula, mache or similar greens
4 tsp HELLMANN'S ® Real Mayonnaise
- Spread 2 bread slices evenly with 1-1/2 to 2 Tbsp. Hellmann’s® Real Creamy Pesto Sauce. Top 1 slice with 1-2 slices heirloom tomato, 1-1/2 oz. goat cheese and a handful of mâche leaves.
- Top with remaining bread slice. Spread outside of sandwich lightly with Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise. Griddle until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown. Repeat to make 4 sandwiches. Serve immediately.
