10 oz. unsweetened chocolate
3 cups honey
2 tbsp. vanilla extract
3 cups biscuit mix
2 3⁄4 cups chopped pecans
Chocolate Frosting, optional
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease two 12 x 20 x 2-in. baking pans.
- Melt chocolate; cool.
- Beat eggs; blend in chocolate, honey, and vanilla. Thoroughly beat in biscuit mix.
- Stir in pecans; pour into baking pans. Bake 20 min.
- Cool in pans and spread with chocolate frosting, if desired. Cut into squares.
