Mediterranean Pepperoni Pizza


14 in. Pizza shell
2 T. Cheesy Alfredo sauce, prepared
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded, divided
2 oz. PREMORO® Sliced Pepperoni, 22061
1/2 c. Roasted Red pepper, jarred, torn in strips
2 oz. Artichoke hearts, canned, quartered
1/4 medium Onion, red, sliced
2 T. Black olives, sliced, drained


Evenly spread the cheesy Alfredo sauce up to ½ inch of edge. Layer 5 oz. mozzarella, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, red onion and black olives evenly over pizza area. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Place in preheated 450° F conventional or pizza oven and bake 12-18 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is bubbly and beginning to brown.
