Ponzumami Mustard

Asian sesame oil and ponzu—a citrusy liquid condiment—give this mustard sauce a Japanese sensibility.
Ingredients
1/2 cup whole-grain mustard
4 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. ponzu sauce
2 tsp. Asian sesame oil
Steps
- In small bowl, whisk together all ingredients.
