This burrito has everything: ramen, chicken, spam, eggs and more.
1 package ramen noodles
2 tbsp. peanut oil
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
For the Ramenito
3 burrito-size flour tortillas, warmed
Shredded cheddar cheese
Pico de gallo
Corn, cut off the cob
- Boil 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Break ramen into 4 chunks. Add noodles and half of seasoning packet to water; cook for two minutes. Drain.
- Add oil, garlic, and cilantro to skillet set over high heat. Heat for about a minute, or until garlic is sizzling. Add noodles and other half of seasoning packet. Cook for additional minute until noodles are warmed through.
- Add 1/4 cup of noodles to warmed tortilla. Fill it with your choice of toppings. Roll up burrito. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
