Miso adds an additional dimension of flavor to this classic ramen noodle dish. Having an assortment of toppings available lets guests customize their bowl.
4 oz. cooked ramen, udon or soba noodles
1 oz. greens; watercress, bok choy, spinach, sweet potato leaves
1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. chopped scallions
Guest choice of
Hard cooked eggs
Fresh mung bean sprouts
Sliced flank steak
- Combine miso paste with hot water according to package directions.
- Dip noodles and greens in boiling water for 20 seconds to heat through. Shake to drain well and place in serving bowl
- Pour broth over and top with cilantro and scallions.
- Guests serve their favorite choices of toppings.
