Whipped Raspberry Honey Butter
Honey and raspberries brighten up ordinary butter, elevating it for special occasion use.
1 lb. softened butter
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh raspberries
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. kosher salt
- Puree raspberries, set aside.
- In a mixer, combine softened butter with honey, pepper and salt. Mix only enough to combine ingredients.
- Slowly add raspberry puree to butter while stirring. Whip only as much as needed to combine ingredients. Over whipping will result in curdled appearance.
- Chill and serve.
