Reinhart FoodService To Buy CONCO Food Service From Consolidated Cos

CHICAGO (January 5, 2011)—Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. announced today that Reinhart FoodService, L.L.C. (RFS), a food distributor in its group of family-owned businesses, has signed an agreement to acquire Louisiana based CONCO Food Service, which has distribution centers in New Orleans, Shreveport and Lafayette, Louisiana.

CONCO Food Service, the 12th largest independent foodservice company in the US, specializes in the distribution of quality food and food-related products to restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools, nursing homes and casinos throughout Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, Arkansas, Alabama and Oklahoma.

John Roussel CEO of RFS, said, "We are thrilled to have CONCO become part of RFS and grow our business in the Gulf Coast and Texas. CONCO is a great business and a tremendous cultural fit for RFS."

The CONCO business will be operated by Reinhart FoodService Louisiana, L.L.C., a subsidiary of RFS, led by the existing CONCO management team reporting to Boyd Jordan,
President of RFS. Jerry Kurzweg and Win Chadwick will be involved to assure the customers' and employees' needs are met with a smooth transition. This transaction is expected to be
completed January 14, 2011.
