Starbucks goes small and Greek in its summer menu

Starbucks aired its summer menu to members of the chain’s frequent guest program over the weekend, highlighting such additions as a smaller-sized Frappuccino and a new Greek-yogurt breakfast supplied by the chain’s sister brand, Evolution Fresh.

The Mini Frappuccino, a 10-ounce serving, will be available for a limited time, Starbucks said. The smallest size of Frappuccino previously available had been a “tall,” at 12 ounces.

The new breakfast is a grab-and-go rectangular container that shows layers of fruit, yogurt and granola. Although the item carries the brand name of Evolution Fresh, packaging and promotional materials note that the yogurt is provided by Dannon.
