Sysco Denver steps in and helps save meals meant for the sick

DENVER (June 11, 2010)—Nearly 800 meals prepared for some of Colorado's sickest almost spoiled because of a broken freezer.

Project Angel Heart staff members discovered the walk-in freezer was not working Wednesday night and called Sysco Denver for help. Within hours, the food service distributor delivered a portable freezer truck to Project Angel Heart.
