Who needs an app to order delivery?

Not McDonald’s customers, at least not anymore.

The fast-food giant and DoorDash on Wednesday announced the launch of a new online ordering experience in the U.S., enabling customers to order delivery over the McDonald’s website, either on mobile or desktop.

That means customers will be able to order delivery without having to go through the whole rigamarole of downloading an app.

The ordering site will be accessible through McDonald’s.com—mcdonalds.order.online—and will be powered by DoorDash. The delivery company’s drivers will then fulfill the orders.

“With millions of customers visiting McDonalds.com each month, this channel extends our reach, offering a seamless and convenient way to have their McDonald’s favorites delivered,” Tim Snyder, head of delivery for McDonald’s USA, said in a statement.

The deal will expand DoorDash’s relationship with a huge and vital restaurant customer. McDonald’s is the largest restaurant chain in the U.S. by far, and DoorDash provides delivery for the fast-food giant in 29 countries. DoorDash already helps provide white-label delivery services through the McDonald’s app, as does its rival Uber Eats.

DoorDash is already the largest delivery provider in the U.S. and it has been making acquisitions at an aggressive pace in a bid to expand its presence, such as advertising or reservations. Getting the McDonald’s contract for website delivery is a major win for the San Francisco-based company.

The deal also helps McDonald’s increase access to delivery sales as it works to further boost its digital business. The company has been pushing digital sales in recent years, much like most of the fast-food business.

This gives the company access to potential delivery customers who want to go through McDonald’s without downloading another app on their phone. According to the National Restaurant Association, 84% of customers said they would order delivery using a restaurant’s website.
