Zoe’s tests KDS system

Zoe’s Kitchen has just expanded its test of a new kitchen display system to four units, and the impact on operations is encouraging, CEO Kevin Miles commented during the Mediterranean fast casual’s quarterly conference call with financial analysts.

“The test is going extremely well,” Miles said. “We still remain very confident and, with the results that we're seeing, we think we see some upside going forward.”

He said that exact results will likely be revealed during the third quarter.

Miles did not say who supplied the system.
