Detroit specialist joins Pro*Act

JULY 16--Simon & Leeman Corp., Detroit, has joined Pro*Act, Monterey, CA, a national distributor produce buying and marketing group. The addition of the produce and specialty house--which services metropolitan Detroit, Ann Arbor and Lansing, MI, areas--brings the total number of Pro*Act members to 33, with 50 locations across the country.
"The metro Detroit and eastern Michigan market is a key one for many of our national clients," comments Bary Milanese, Pro*Act?s executive director of client programs and services.
