Pat Cobe recipient of International Foodservice Editorial Council's Betty Award

Restaurant Business senior editor Pat Cobe has been named the 2012 recipient of the International Foodservice Editorial Council’s top honor, the Betty Award.

The award is presented annually to an IFEC member who has made extraordinary contributions to foodservice journalism. The Council’s board weighs such criteria as the candidates’ knowledge and willingness to help and mentor colleagues.

Cobe joined Restaurant Business in 2001 as food editor, after working as an editor and food writer for Hearst Magazines.
