Salsarita’s names new president

Fast-casual Mexican chain Salsarita’s has named Ken Green its president and chief operating officer.

In his new role, Green will focus on boosting profitability at Salsarita’s 80-plus units, he said in a statement, calling out menu innovation as another area of attention.

Green, who most recently served as CEO of Easy Street Restaurant Group, previously held leadership roles at several major restaurant chains including McAlister’s Deli and Friendly’s.
