Loop Neighborhood Market currently has one EV charger at single location, installed in 2023, with a second location in the works.
“We are installing chargers where we find the space or the right demographic in our city,” said Pervez Pir, president of retail. Pir oversees adding chargers at these c-stores along with President and CEO Varish Goyal.
With more electric cars coming on the market, Pir said, “especially in the electric capital here with Northern California, I think we just have to face the reality fuel demand is going to decline.”
