The Bartolotta brothers made last year’s Power 20 list of local leaders for the popular network of restaurants they’ve built in their home state. Since, the group has grown its contract management business (which includes an event space in the U.S. Bank building) with The Kitch, a food hall-like space for employees at the home office of retailer Kohl’s. Some of its food stations are derivatives of the group’s popular restaurant concepts. After hours, employees can also bring home ready-made dinners, and meal kits may follow later this year.
