Smoky Polish sausage is stuffed with cheddar cheese, wrapped in thick applewood-smoked bacons strips and cooked on the grill. Serve on toasted hot dog buns.
4 (8-in.) Polish sausages (kielbasa)
2 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
4 thick slices applewood-smoked bacon
4 long hot dog buns, toasted
1. Make a lengthwise slit in each sausage and stuff with cheese. Wrap with a bacon slice.
2. Per order, grill sausages until bacon is cooked through and cheese melts. Serve on toasted buns.
