Baked potato stuffed with the barbecue meat of your choice, diced red onion and a Jack/cheddar cheese blend.

Ingredients

8 large baked russet-type potatoes
8, 4-oz. portions prepared pulled pork or beef barbecue
8, 2-oz. portions shredded Jack and cheddar cheese blend
8 oz. diced red onion
 

Steps

  1. To order, slash, squeeze open, and top each potato with 4 oz. barbecue, 2 oz. cheese, and 1 oz. onion. Serve immediately.
