Broccoli Rabe Agnolotti
These plump and tender pockets of pasta that are filled with broccoli rabe and ricotta cheese are quick to prep. Just boil in water, sauce and serve. Fast and delicious.
80 agnolotti ( broccoli rabe-ricotta filling)
4 cups roasted tomato sauce
1⁄2 cup roasted garlic oil
1⁄2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Place agnolotti in boiling water and cook until done, about 6-7 min.
Combine with tomato sauce and drizzle finished plates with garlic oil. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
