6 oz. pizza dough
3 oz. tomato-based pizza sauce
2 cups shredded premium gold mozzarella cheese
6 thin slices capicola salami
6 thin slices pepperoni
½ cup crumbled Italian sausage
¼ cup shredded Fontinella cheese
1. Preheat oven to 450’ F. Roll pizza dough ¼-in. thick or thinner, if preferred.
2. Place pizza dough on baking sheet or stone; par-bake 2 min. to allow dough to set.
3. Top dough with pizza sauce, mozzarella, salami, pepperoni and sausage. Return to oven and bake 8 to 12 min. or until pizza reaches desired doneness and color, and cheese has thoroughly melted.
4. Remove from oven; distribute fontinella cheese evenly over top of pizza. Slice and serve immediately.
