Color a drink rosy pink and it immediately shouts “summer.” This bubbly cocktail gets its pretty glow from sparking rose wine; ginger liqueur and candied ginger add a welcome touch of sweet heat and fresh raspberries, a juicy seasonal accent.
1 oz. (2 tbsp.) Domaine de Canton (ginger liqueur)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. simple syrup
5 fresh raspberries
3 oz. (6 tbsp.) sparkling rose wine
Candied ginger, for garnish
