At Boston’s, we created a community relations coordinator (CRC) position to assist with marketing and fundraising. Our CRCs serve as the face of the company in their communities by building relationships with local businesses, schools, nonprofit organizations and our current customer base. By managing the execution of national and local store events, such as Boston’s Cares, our annual February fundraising campaign for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and building internal morale through staff contests and incentives, the CRCs create momentum that keeps guests coming back.
