Working with local foragers

We have worked extensively with local farms and purveyors to source specific menu items, but recently, we also started partnering with local individuals who forage from the wild. It gives us access to wild herbs and produce that we wouldn’t otherwise have and supports the ingenuity of these VERY small businesses. We’ve gotten great items like knotweed, chicory root, purslane, nettles, ramps, sea beans and more from foragers in Maine, the Berkshire Mountains and beyond. The product quality is phenomenal and adds variety to our menu.
