Snooze, an a.m. Eatery

DISH: CHILAQUILES BENEDICT
CATEGORY: DESTINATION DISHES

Who doesn’t serve eggs Benedict for brunch? But Snooze’s Chilaquiles Benedict puts a twist on the original by layering slow-roasted beef, ranchero sauce, cheese and green chili hollandaise on tortillas. The name and ethnic ingredients entice customers to try it, says the chain’s spokesperson, and they keep coming back to have it again.

If a guest orders Chilaquiles Benedict for the first time, they may not be 100% sure of what’s coming their way. They’re expecting another eggs Benedict, says Farrokh Larijani, director of heart of the house operations.
