The small Asian/Noodle category increased sales by 10.3% to $4.1 billion and grew units by 5.2% to 3,381. Panda Express, whose sales comprise almost 47% of the category, increased sales by 11.9% and units by 3.5%. No. 2 chain Noodles & Company also added to the healthy growth rate.
