Landry’s owner Tilman Fertitta will acquire BR Guest Hospitality from Starwood Capital Group, the New York Post reports.

Details of the purchase were not disclosed to the publication, which noted that the deal would close in the coming weeks.

As owner of Landry’s, Fertitta lays claim to such chains as Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., Rainforest Cafe and McCormick and Schmick’s.
