Rotolo’s, a Baton Rouge, La.-based pizza chain, just debuted its new restaurant prototype at the chain’s new location in Baton Rouge.
The prototype, Rotolo’s Craft & Crust, features a new menu, 34 beers on tap and a slice bar, where chefs will cut slices of pizza as guests order, allowing them to fully customize their amount.
New menu items include Sicilian pizzas and stone-crafted pizzas as well as a variety of hot and cold sandwiches, Italian entrees, salads and calzones.
