Gen Z’s Favorite Chains

Just starting to get their own spending power, Gen Z is now in operators’ sights. Because of their limited budgets, this generation frequents QSRs the most.

The Mexican category overall saw sales increase by 0.9% to $18 billion and units by 4.1%, to 12,656.

When it comes to restaurant brands, the sales leaders are not always consumers’ favorites for a variety of reasons. Chains best at parlaying customer satisfaction into sales are hard to beat.
