buffalo-wild-wings

With only $7.5 billion in sales and 2,676 units, the sports bar category is a small one. But its 8.1% sales growth and 4.3% increase in outlets makes it a category worth watching. The category includes both brands that appeal to families (like Buffalo Wild Wings, which increased sales by 10.5%) and those that attract young men (such as Twin Peaks, whose sales are up 21.6%).
