Arthur W. Hughes was named president and ceo of Sysco Food Services of Regina, located in Regina, Saskatchewan. Hughes is currently vice president and general manager of that operation.

Hughes, 48, began his foodservice career in 1993 as a district sales representative for Scott National. In 1999 that company merged with SERCA Food Services
