WFF to Receive $2 Million in Sponsorships in 2006



The WFF said the contributions are essential to the growth and vitality of the organization and will support the continued development of quality WFF programming and member benefits.

"As a non-profit organization, the WFF is more than grateful for the financial support and energy that these sponsors contribute. We recognize that our corporate sponsors give much more than monetary support; they also give generously of their time and expertise," said Ann Nickolas, development director. "These contributions will ensure that the WFF has a solid foundation to continue its critical work of readying the foodservice industry for a workforce that will be 62% female by 2015."

The list of WFF 2006 multi-year sponsors includes: Coca-Cola Co. and PepsiCo Foodservice (Benefactor Elite Partners); Darden Restaurants, Inc., Ecolab, Kraft Foodservice, Rich Products Corp. and Tyson Foods, Inc. (Platinum Elite Partners); American Express, Batrus-Hollweg and Sodexho (Platinum Partners); Applebee's International, Inc., (Gold Level Partner); and Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, Griffith Laboratories, and Popeye's Chicken and Biscuits (Silver Level Partners).
