WMMB Names Foodservice Manager for Western States

MADISON, WI - Brian Young has been named foodservice market development manager at The Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, according to the locally based organization.

Young has previous dairy industry experience, working with companies such as InstantWhip Foods, Schreiber Foods and Fisher Cheese.

As foodservice market development manager, Young will implement programs for specialty distributors and their key customers in target markets, primarily in the western part of the U.S.

Robert Dilcher, WMMB's foodservice market development manager based in Cleveland, will continue his emphasis in key markets and the eastern half of the country.

The managers develop programs in conjunction with WMMB's Chef Ambassador program and other foodservice initiatives.
