Best Mexican Foods Joins Legacy Foodservice Alliance

RICHMOND, VA (September 2, 2011)—Best Mexican Foods of Chester, NY has joined Legacy Foodservice Allliance as a distributor member, effective Aug. 25, 2011.

In 1968 the Barbone Family opened the first taco stand in New York City. Now 40 years later, continuing as a family owned business, Best Mexican Foods, Inc. runs the oldest and largest Mexican food distributorship in the northeast, servicing the states of NY, NJ, PA and CT.

Stephen Push and Don Hughes launched Legacy Foodservice Alliance over a year ago, and joined ProMark Produce Procurement Group in November 2010. With more than 60 member companies to date, their membership continues to grow.
