Jane Brett has been promoted to vice president of the Multi Unit Group. Brett, a graduate of Bridgewater State College, who hails from Easton, MA, has worked for Cirelli for 24 years and is responsible for recording double digit sales growth in the five-year-old Multi Unit Group. "Jane's efforts were relentless in developing this business and this promotion is well deserved," stated Ray LeBlanc, president and ceo.
LeBlanc also announced that David Bailey, former president of U.S. Foodservice, Everett, MA, has joined the company as vice president of sales & marketing. In his new role, Bailey will be responsible for all aspects of the foodservice division. Bailey is well-known in the industry and brings considerable experience in all areas of sales and marketing, LeBlanc said.
His professional career includes responsibilities such as: executive chef, DSR, DSM, vice president of sales, and regional president of a $250 million national foodservice company. Bailey's achievements also include induction into the National Restaurant Association Hall of Fame in 1991 as well as serving as past officer for the Massachusetts Restaurant Association.
Leon Tarentino will continue to serve as vice president of the UniPro-member's New Business Development segment, and Jay Cirelli, executive vice president, will continue to be responsible for the company's retail division.
