IFDA Publishes "State of DSRs" Report for 2012

(December 18, 2012)—Through a partnership with Technomic, the IFDA has compiled a report titled 2012 Update on DSRs. It provides a snapshot of the current DSR workforce based on findings from the Technomic distributor management panel.

Available to IFDA members-only, the report shares the most recent data on DSR dynamics, as well as comparative findings from previous years. Subjects addressed include management perspectives on headcount, age and experience, performance, recruitment and retention, compensation, benefits, metrics, training, and more.
