Benjamin Foods Named to 50 Fastest Growing Companies in Philadelphia

HATBORO, PA (January 6, 2012)—Benjamin Foods has been recognized by SmartCEO Magazine as one of the 50 Fastest Growing Companies in the Greater Philadelphia region.

The FUTURE 50 award is based on employee and revenue growth over the past three years. Benjamin Foods President and CEO Howard Klayman accepted the award at a black-tie gala event on January 12, attended by over 600 area executives. He was also profiled in the January issue of SmartCEO Magazine, which is read by over 23,000 local CEO’s.

“We are part of an elite group of growing companies in the region,” said Mr. Klayman. “This is quite an honor and it would not be possible without the support of each and every one of our employees.”

Founded in 2006, Benjamin Foods is a premier broadline food distributor that serves public and private foodservice clients and government agencies with canned and dry goods, frozen foods, meats, seafood, cheeses, produce, and non-foods including equipment and supplies throughout the United States.
