Fat Brands, the Los Angeles-based operator of Johnny Rockets and Fatburger, this week named a number of new members to its senior leadership team as the company continues to look for expansion opportunities.

The company named Ken Kuick chief financial officer, Allen Sussman general counsel and Rob Rosen executive vice president of capital markets.

The trio “will bring additional intellectual capital and practical expertise to our executive team as we explore new opportunities and consider other acquisitions,” CEO Andy Wiederhorn said in a statement.

Kuick is not unfamiliar to the world of publicly traded restaurants as the former CFO for Noodles & Co. He has also worked with the real estate investment trust Vici Properties as well as Caesars Entertainment.

Sussman has worked with Fat Brands through its initial public offering and multiple acquisitions as a partner with the law firm Loeb & Loeb.

Rosen is a Wall Street veteran with more than 30 years working for Fleet Bank, Kidder Peabody and Bank of Tokyo.

Fat Brands has made numerous acquisitions, mostly of small chains in recent years and operates nine brands, including Buffalo’s Café, buffalo’s Express, Hurricane Grill & Wings, Elevation Burger, Yalla Mediterranean and Ponderosa and Bonanza steakhouses. The company said it is actively looking for other acquisitions.
