The growing Salad and Go concept has a new chief financial officer.

Corey Horsch, who was previously CFO of Gordon Ramsay North America since 2019, is stepping into the role, reporting to CEO Charlie Morrison. Before working with Gordon Ramsay, Horsch was CFO and treasurer of Sonic Drive-In for more than three years, while that company was preparing for its sale to Roark Capital.

This year, the 10-year-old Salad and Go is expected to open its 100th store, and it is on track to open and operate 135 by the end of 2023, the company said.
