Black Angus Steakhouse to serve up Sweetest Day deal

Black Angus Steakhouse will offer couples what it considers a sweet deal on Sweetest Day, the October holiday celebrating significant others.

On Oct. 21, the steakhouse chain will serve up its Campfire Feast at the reduced price of $44, with the option to add a bottle of wine for $10. The meal for two includes two entrees, an appetizer, four side dishes and a dessert.

"We're thrilled to celebrate Sweetest Day for the first time at Black Angus Steakhouse," Liz Geavaras, the chain's chief marketing officer, said in a statement. "This dinner for two is a great way for our customers to show their appreciation for the special people in their lives and for Black Angus to highlight the popular and timeless Campfire Feast."

Black Angus Steakhouse was this year named one of Technomic’s Top 500 restaurant chains, with an estimated $154.1 million in U.S. sales.
