Dunkin’ Donuts brings back Brewing Joy campaign

As part of its various holiday promotions, Dunkin’ Donuts is returning its Brewing Joy campaign, during which select units of the chain will offer as many as 500 free medium cups of coffee on one given weekday.

The initiative, which lasts from Dec. 1 to Dec. 20, will take place at around 40 Dunkin’ Donuts locations. In addition, local franchisees will donate $1,000 to area organizations that aim to bring joy to kids who are facing hardships.

"We put the word 'Joy' on our holiday cups each year to represent the gratitude, giving and cheer that marks the season,” Dunkin’ Donuts Chief Marketing Officer Tony Weisman said in a statement. “In that same spirit, we are celebrating our guests by serving free coffees in select stores across the country and giving back to our local communities through our second annual 'Brewing Joy' program."

This is the second year the chain has implemented Brewing Joy.
