Darla Morse, the company’s previous CIO, will take that same position with CKE Restaurants, which operates Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. CKE, like Inspire, is owned by private-equity firm Roark Capital.

Sagi was most recently chief engineering officer for Sephora Americas, where he was responsible for omnichannel digital, retail, personalization, loyalty and data insights technology.

Sagi will join inspire on April 15 and will report to CEO Paul Brown in the Atlanta Support Center.

Brown called Sagi “an exceptional, innovative leader who has extensive experience in utilizing technology to fundamentally enhance the customer experience.”

“Raghu will be instrumental in the digital transformation of Inspire and our brands,” he added.

Inspire was founded last year after the merger of Arby’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. The company, which also operates Rusty Taco, later purchased Sonic Drive-In and could acquire additional brands.
