Cover up the signage during a visit to a Foxtail, and you might think you're in a Starbucks. It, too, features a global array of premium coffees, along with such Starbucks signatures as Cake Pops, Lemon Bread and Pumpkin Spice Latte. But there are two important points of difference: First, Foxtail franchises, and not in Starbucks' limited fashion. Second, it has plenty of white space left for development, with just a few dozen stores.
