Like many of its counterparts in the booming breakfast-and-lunch category, Toasted Yolk leans into the beverage side of the menu, with a wide selection of cocktails, mimosas, wine and beer that encourages guests to "Get Toasted." If that doesn't wake them up, then the chain's restaurants, with their bright interiors and neon green accents, probably will. Toasted Yolk is based in Houston and is expanding eastward, with new locations coming soon to Mississippi and Florida.
