Wendy’s breakfast is coming March 2

The burger chain’s entry into the morning daypart comes next month, setting up a major breakfast battle among the country's biggest concepts.

The chain will use a third-party company, which will result in corporate layoffs, with plans to invest any savings back into technology.

With Wendy’s entrance into the market, McDonald’s, Burger King and others will defend their turf.

The CEO of the burger brand joins "A Deeper Dive" to discuss the chain’s breakfast and international expansions.

The chain wants to double its overseas sales within five years and is eyeing the U.K. for new restaurants.

The burger chain, beset by regular merger reports, believes it has plenty of growth without buying or selling, says RB’s The Bottom Line.

The company says its same-store sales rose to their strongest level in four years following the return of the popular product.

The company says that it can quickly generate up to 10% of its sales via the morning daypart. RB’s The Bottom Line examines how.

WKS now operates 287 restaurants in total and ranks as Denny’s largest licensee.
