Caramelized Honey French Toast

This breakfast staple is taken to another level with some decadent touches, including orange blossom honey and pecans.


2 c. light cream
2 large eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. orange blossom honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
King's Hawaiian® Original Slider Buns, uncut in a 2x2 square, split
1 c. pecans

1 tbsp. honey powder
1 c. Anchor™ Chef’s Heavy Cream
1 tbsp. granulated honey 
1/2 c. fresh blueberries

1/2 c. fresh raspberries


1. Soak bottom half of rolls in mixture of cream, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and honey.
2. Cook in clarified butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat until golden brown.
3. Whip Anchor™ Chef’s Heavy Cream with honey powder until stiff. Reserve.
4. Mix pecans with granulated honey.
5. Top toast with pecan mixture.
6. Garnish with whipped cream & berries.
